Just took this picture, no color on belly that I can see. Pic also looks I see some down? I do have Yellow Bellied Sapsuckers and Woodpeckers.

DATURA12, as others said, yours is a female. If it had been a male Downy it would have had a splash of red on the back of its head.
I showed three males in the pic below. And let me call your attention to the outer white feathers on its tail. Because yours and mine have black spots, they are Downys. However, if there had been no black dots, only white, then it would have been Hairy Wp's. The two species look alike.
