we are eating a bread i got from the farmers market--with pepperoni and cheese
the label called it an italian word (starts with a c and multi syllables) --
i asked what that is and she -woman who bakes it-said it is buttery and almost flakey like a croisant
i don't bake in this kind of weather but for those who love baking bread it is very good and needs no butter or anything else on it
i think it would be a nice gift bead
