Take a nice crusty loaf of Italian bread. cut it across into 1/2 inch slices making sure you do not cut all the way through.
Take a can of anchovies in oil and empty into a bowl and mix it into a paste
Put one slice of mozzarella on each slice of bread and then add some of the anchovy paste on top.
When done wrap the bread in aluminum foil and put it in a 350 deg oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove and finish slicing through the bread
This makes a great appertizer
