A quick ???

Dear friends,
I didn't know which forum this would fit in so i am going to post it to several.
What should I do about a teacher at my childs school who appears to be harrassing my DS?? This is not his current teacher however she does run the afterschool program which DS goes to.
I had a run in with her last year while DS had her as a teacher and I feel she is "picking" on him as a result.
I have heard rumours to the fact that this teacher was loopy but I do not give rumours much attention until now!
DS is a smart, clever well liked kid who doesn't cause trouble.
Any advice would be apperciated.
