Pigeon, probably Band-tailed.

It doesn't look like a Pigeon. Here is another photo. its beak is much longer than pigeons.

Sorry, definitely a pigeon of some sort! If not Band-tailed Pigeon, then a feral Rock Pigeon. The tail is too short for even a newly fledged Mourning Dove.

It laid at my back yard, and I think it was injured. It can not fly. Should I do something to help him?

Pick it up and perch it in a nearby tree where cats can't reach it. Its parents will find it and feed it, once you're out of sight.

Quite common to find newly fledged pigeons on the ground like this, before they can fly well.

Will do it. Thank you so much for your advise!
