We suspected that our neighbor lady has been tossing her dog poo in our yard since she moved in a couple of months ago. Well, this morning my hubby witnessed her doing this. He asked her why she would do this and her reply was she didn't know it was going in our yard. What a bunch of bull! She uses a plastic bag to pick it up...now why wouldn't she just put in in the bag and throw it in the trash. I just don't get it. I would never even dream of doing this! Hopefully, since she's been busted...she won't be doing this anymore.
Anybody else ever have to deal with this?
