Looking for fragrant MOON GARDENS . . .

Brooksville, FL(Zone 9a)

Hi Everyone . . .

Since there isn't a forum for night gardens, I figured this would be the closest forum to it . .

I'm looking for anyone with a MOON GARDEN or NIGHT GARDEN with fragrant, white flowers that would like to have their garden featured in a NATIONAL NEWSPAPER article. I've been contacted by a journalist working for a reputable national newspaper; she's looking for moon gardens to profile in an upcoming article.

So, if you have one or know someone with one, and you'd like to be mentioned or featured in a national newspaper article, email or dmail me and I'll give the journalist your info and she can contact you . . ..

Thanks for your time!!

hey Onalee!

Nope! We could compile a list of flowers/photos you could use in one.
For example, Selenicereus grandiflorus will be flowering within a few days.

Hi,
Thanks Kalpavriksha, I appreciate that! I think she was looking for a whole garden that she could profile . . . she may have to use some journalistic license and "create" a garden for the story. I'll let her know . . .

thanks again!

Cant help with a night/moon garden, but here are a few names to add to the list:

Fragrant, night bloomers.
Brunfelsias are pure white, and fragrant at night. Brunfelsia Isola, Jamaicensis, Gigantea , Lactea, nitida, Americana, etc. The trouble is that these flowers flush out every 6 weeks or so, but not necessarily at the same time! So it would be impossible to feature all of them in one photos shoot!
Ipomoea alata (Moonflower) sweet fragrance. pure white
Hedychium Coronarium (butterfly ginger) pure white.

thanks!
