Does anyone have tried and true recipes for Diabetic preserves such as different types of marmalades, jams, lemon curd, etc? I've looked through my books and there are certainly quite a few. However, I've not found any of the sugar alternative products mentioned in the recipes on Publix supermarket shelves!
One calls for Sorbitol, another 'pectin with sugar'....
