I have two Brugs I'd like to take cuttings from. One has Y'd and each branch of that Y has Y'd. where should I take the cutting and when is the best time to do this? its about to bloom so I dont want to do it now.

I would wait til fall and you will be able to do even more cuttings!! This way you can enjoy more blooms this summer/fall.
