CLOSED: One is surely a Grackle, butis the other a juvenile Grackle?

The bird on the right is definitely a Grackle, Common, I think. I'm wondering about the bird on the left. It's eye color doesn't look yellow enough to make me think its a Grackle, too. Unless maybe it's a juvenile.
