I am with you on the poke salet, but you can have my share of the dock and dandelions except of course for dandelion blossoms which make good wine. Don't really care much for Lambsquarters either but its better than dandelions. And available in summer.
Ah, yes, lambsquarters (I wonder where the name came from?)
Didn't have any when I first moved here but have noticed just a few plants in one corner, courtesy of birds brInging in seeds, perhaps? I do like this as well, and usually combine it with arugula.
