I notice some variegated peckerel weed last year and it has come back. I like the chartreuse color.
Does anyone know anything about this? Is it common as dirt?

Variegated pickerel weed
It's super prolific here in sw GA.. I love the plant, also the bloom color..It's pretty common here around ponds and streams & ditches..

Yes mixed in with the other along roadside ponds and streams..
Cool. I am glad I have a mix. You are right about how easily it is to grow and bloom. I anchor mine with large gravel in a clay pot - no soil or fertilizer, and it still grows like crazy. I have to tear chunks off and keep it contained or it would probably fill up the whole pond.
