#2 I think is a Mulberry.

Where would someone get seeds or a plant of TX Milkweed? Anyone know of a source.

I don't know Cheryl, they are difficult but very pretty, I had a plant once that one of the DG members gave me but it didn't make it here.

Do you know why it didn't survive?

No I really don't know, it may have been the cold temperatures, it just didn't come back in the Spring.
