How much?
maybe $5 or $10. At least around here that is what they go for. We bought our first roo for $10, he was a beauty.

Thanks,I paid 7.00 dollars as 3 day olds and they are two months old now, will sell when they are bigger as she wants to put them right in with her flock .She wanted them now and I told her she could not put them in with her flock as they are still to small, she has RIR and golden comets and both are pecky and buffs are very docile from what I have read.I have eight but they are very young. So I`m thinking 10.00 dollars when they are four months old,
Yeah especially if you paid 7 for them you want to get something out of them for feeding them all that time.
I was wondering too how much I should charge for 6 month old hens? Does it also depend on the breed?
Yeah, breed will make a difference in price.
If you have a "started pullet", meaning one that is just starting to lay, you can ask significantly more than for a younger chick. The price I usually see for started pullets is $20, although I am sure that varies with the locality.
Green! At four months old you should ask for a minimum of 12.00 and up to 15.00. If people really want them they will pay that much. There is no reason to loose money when you sell them. Even though I think you paid to much for three day olds. A fair price for 3 day old is about half of what you paid...Hay
