CLOSED: HAVE: These...Sempervivum??
Yes, Kim, that does appear to be a sempervivum. Unfortunately, I can only trade for named varieties at this time. Check to see if you can find a name tag for it. There are thousands of named varieties at this point in time and as they change appearance throughout the season and with growing conditions, knowing the name is important in identifying them. You can't tell from pictures.
I have no tags and wont find any on this one. All I know is it is appears to be a sempervivum.
So this is for someone who wants this plant without having a species or cultivar "name" for the genus
i love sempervivum... check out my trade list and see if you're interested in anything. i will be updating it soon too, 'cause i overwintered some things inside and started some new things in the greenhouse.
i have 4-6 species of named hens and chicks too if you would like to trade for one of those. (those are one of the things i will be adding to the list but i can tell you which ones if you dmail me before i get to it.)
Yes there was a few things of interest but listed as new or not available. I have over 200 items on my Have list and when they are not available I hit "Disable" You will see this when you click on "My Tools" which is a Tab at the top of this page. Then you will see a link "Your Trade List" and then you will see next to your items (edit, disable, delete, etc.) To disable it will not allow other people t see it. Then when it's available just enable it.
Hope this helps...
Him Kim, I got your trade today and thank you!! I just bought some new semps that are like yours but the tips are dark red! If you would like some let me know and I will mail them off.
I'm actually not wanting any semps in return..I just have extra ones of the one in the photo. Not something I normally grow or collect.
