My MIL took this picture in her apartment in Miami. It looks like a very skinny crow, but because it is so skinny I want to make sure. Votes?

In Miami, I'd think there's a chance it is a Fish Crow. Impossible to tell for definite from the pic, best identified by its higher-pitched cawing and slightly smaller size.
