Two Days in the Life of One Hibiscus Bloom

. . . however the bloom started like this (photo not as crisp as I would like):

Then it finally bloomed. It was strange though how the bloom closed completelly -- I thought is a routine sequen of events and then the bloom usually would drops off. I am not an expert as this -- This is what usually happens too me (or at least with the hibiscus that I have growing indoors). In any event, the bloom closed and then the next it opened again! What a pleasant surprise.

. . . and then the come-back kid (same bloom that was closed the day before) looked like this: - the color slightly lighter. Snug, :o)
