Please id this ladybug magnet for me!

Sterling, VA(Zone 6b)

I must of planted this last year. I was wondering if any of you know what this plant is called. It always has ladybugs on it!

It looks to me like Yarrow or Milfoil - Achillea millefolium: http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/58/

The presence of ladybirds, usually means there are aphids, as ladybirds feed voraciously on ladybirds, both as adults and as larvae,
