I have a source of whole cow's milk, I have scraped off the cream and want to make butter. I have done this before, but it's been a while.
Just wanted to see how other poeple have been making their butter.
I have a friend who even puts her cream in the freezer and it's already thickened once it's thawed out and she just puts it in the blemder then and does it with a blender and dumps out the water every once in a while that builds up in the bottom.
then the lady I bought the milk from leaves hers sitting outside on the table till it thickens up. Never heard of this way, I didn't ask how she made it after it got thick.
