do you have anything that gets really large and is blue colored? I have a couple hostas I could trade, but I am looking for blue mouse ears and a large leafed blue.

I have Blue Angel and Blue Mammoth, Big Daddy, Earth Angel (large blue but cream edge), First Frost, blue with cream/gold edges. Those are just off the top of my head, but there are more. Looking for anything particular blue? LMK

Ok I have to run to walmart, but I will look those up in plant files and get back with you this afternoon. I had a Blue Angel and it died. So I might try something different. I do want blue though, cause I have green ones, and some variegated hosta also. I'll be back after lunch.

I have a Hosta 'Stiletto' http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/2998/
if you haven't one. I will have to look to see if other are of a dividing size!
Let me know if you'd like to have one or two of the stiletto's.

Thanks, Marie. I do have Stiletto. I put my hosta list in 'my journal' here. Just don't have time to do one entry at a time. I hope I did it right

VERY interested in Green & Holy... check my list & see if you're interested in anything listed. I also have some other minis that I got in the past 2 or 3 years, and will know in about a week what I can trade (I'm going out of the country on a mission trip & when I get back, everything should have emerged... especially with all this rain).

Noblesville, IN(Zone 5a)

When I first saw this I thought OMG what kind of mice eat hostas. LOL

Albrightsville, PA(Zone 4a)

rofl - those dirty, rotten, voracious, voles! I have so many, I named them and am trading them off!

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

LOL woodthrush I was thinking you had mice living in your hosta bed. haha

I just have a few hostas but at a RU there was a lot of talk on the thread before trading that they don't do well in this area. 9B is my zone. Is it too hot here?

Albrightsville, PA(Zone 4a)

Hosta need a winter sleep. That may be the drawback for you. They need a frost to put them down and 4-6 weeks of cool temps to keep them dormant. And lots of water in the summer heat.

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

Thanks. Now it is time to list them to trade but got to find out which they are first.

HI, if you are interested in Lemon Lime..could trade a small clump for a couple of plants of green and the blue mouse ears..L/L is the only one that I have with a tag (I think)

Albrightsville, PA(Zone 4a)

Thanks, but I do have Lemon Lime. One of the first hostas I bought when I started collecting them.
