CLOSED: What warbler is this?

Rockport, TX(Zone 9a)

I only have two terrible pictures. It's probably a migrating bird, so I doubt I'll see it again. I'm hoping it will be a new bird for my backyard bird list if the pics are good enough for an ID. This may be wishful thinking, but it looked to me like a Chestnut-sided Warbler. Am I crazy? Seeing a bit of ruddy reddish color on the flanks where there isn't any? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's the second pic. He was shaking after a bath, so blurry, but maybe helpful?
