Extracting oil from seeds

Tamesis, Antioquia, Colombia(Zone 12a)

Hi everyone !!!

I didn't know where to post this subject and I did a search in the fruit and nuts forum but found nothing. So hopefully here it's ok.

I have been researching oil extracting from nuts in small scale (at home for personal use) and I found that the best way to do it is by cold pressing the seeds; the next step is to find the best way to cold press the seeds and, on that subject I found that the most efficient (we are still talking about cold pressing) is by screw press. The next step for me was to find a press that I can use at home and preferably manually operated. Here's where it gets difficult. Most of what I found was commercial and I only found two pieces of equipment that fit the bill for me. One is made in the Netherlands http://www.piteba.com/eng/index_eng.htm and the other one is made in India http://www.rajkumarexpeller.com/
They are both easily purchased through the internet and they even have the Indian model on e-bay.

I was wondering if anyone here is extracting it's own oil, what are they using for that and some things to look for when shopping for a machine.
One of my concerns with this models is that they do not look robust enough for the task; but then again I've never done it....

Thanks for your replies and any info on the subject !!
Willy.
