Hey guys, Seems like all of us have been busy...but hopefully someone's still out there...
I just got a new raku kiln for the school where I teach with some grant money. I bought the Bracker portable raku kiln and have fired it 4 times now. So excited! I have always loved raku, did it a ton in college and not since- but now am able to do it again and show my students how nifty it is.
Here's a piece from my third firing - I think I finally figured out the timing etc, (no pyrometer). I'm pretty happy with the results!
