The Chionodoxa forbesii and Scilla siberica have finished blooming and are setting seeds. I'd like to plant these seeds in a different location. The pods are heavy and on the ground, the seeds are not wet ripe. At what point can I cut them away from the bulb? If I leave them on the plants until they are ripe I'll surely forget about them and miss the seeds. Any advice out there?
When can I harvest seeds
