Saluda, SC(Zone 8a)

Despite a hard start this spring I am very pleased with what has happened in my garden. Take a look. I am experimenting with several different grow methods this year.

lol That is a variety! I'm going to be rooting for whatever you have planted in the beer stein...

Glad to hear it's coming together!

Love the strawberry (?) bucket top right corner!

Please come back and let us know how the strawberry bucket works for you. I resent how much space mine are hogging and that looks like a perfect solution...for next year.

Twiggybuds, you might want to look at this. http://mckarion.wordpress.com/2010/01/30/frugal-garden-strawberry-bucket/

The strawberry eBucket is designed to hold 25 plants total. "Quinault" did not survive for some reason but the Tristar are doing great. This photo was taken 5-3-10

Thank you for the link. I think this would also be good for pak choi and lettuce.
