Small flycatcher

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

I was at Magic Ridge Bird Santuary near Indianola, TX, in Calhoun County today in a marshy area near the bay, and I saw this small flycatcher-type bird. It's not the greatest pic, but hopefully, you can give me some ideas on an ID. Thanks, Missy

Looks like Eastern Phoebe to me, but I'm not the best at Flycatchers.
Your bird has a dark head, smudge on the sides of breast and yellow belly.
Sibley's field guide is very accurate and easy to follow if you're looking for a better book.

Cheers!

I'm thinking Eastwen Wood Pewee, but not 100% sure from this pic. Any more pics of it?

r_saunders, thanks for the help. I do have that book, it's great:)

Res, I'll post a couple more pics. They aren't great, but hopefully they will be helpful. I'm leaning more towards an Eastern Wood Peewee, too.

Here's another one.

Cant tell if there is an eye-ring or its the lighting...bird seems to have wing-bars for Eastern Wood-Pewee...but the if that's an eye-ring then it could possibly be one of the Empidonax Flycatchers and they are best identified by voice.
