CLOSED: female Common Yellowthroat? or what?

When I saw this bird with a bright yellow throat, I thought it was a Common Yellowthroat. When I looked at the few pictures that I got, it's not as obvious. Maybe it's a female Common Yellowthroat? Something else? Can't tell from these photos?
