Can Anyone ID these Seedlings?

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

These are in my back flower bed. Last year in that area, I had Cowpen Daisy, Salvia, and Gaillardia. Doesn't look quite like a salvia seedling or a gaillardia. I don't know what the Cowpen Daisy seedling looks like since I got mine as a plant. It could also be something else or a weed. Any ideas??

It's Cowpen Daisy -- one of the very few seedlings I can identify simply because those CP Daisys give off a bizillion seedlings! :-)

Oh cool! I'm so happy because the original plant either didn't come up or it got eaten by snails or birds.

The mother plant is an annual, as far as I know.

Yes, as Carla said it is Cowpen Daisy and it is an annual, but what a neat plant it is!!!

Looks like I have seedlings if anyone wants one or two at the round up!
