I have a number of chrysanthemums that have been 'hardy' for me in zone 5. Chrysanthemum Pacificum with the small yellow flowers and great foliage. Chrysanthemum Rubellum,'Clara Curtis' (pinkish salmon). Chrysanthemum 'rhumba'(coral-red) and 'harmony (yellow). These plants have daisy type flowers.
These plants have a ground hugging habit, can be used as a ground cover in a sunny location .
