My plants are located near a S. facing sliding glass door, and there is a street light that turns on at dusk. I've got a brownish colored fabric blind that somewhat blocks this light, although I'm almost positive that my rooted cuttings are affected. Is this a bad issue for Epis or isn't this a problem?
sorry I have no idea, I do know that night time light might effect Christmas Cactus as they are winter bloomers. But as Epis bloom in summer mostly it way not.
I've had mine outside near my carport for years and my light stays on all night. I've had no problems. All the research I've done on epis I've never seen anything saying to keep them out of light at night.I know someone who would know though jim@gotepis.com he's an epi expert.
