Neglect of a Dog

The guy next door neglects his Great Dane. A harlequin. It is left in the yard and cries all night.

We have had family discussions about "rescuing" this animal from that family.

While walking my own dog today, I rescued his dog from a busy intersection.

My desire to punch him in the face is overwhelming.

He didn't even thank me for saving his dog from an impending pickup truck.
