CLOSED: What do I have here?

There are about 10 of these flying in and out of my Bottle brush tree. There is also a nest being built. I think this is the female, there is also a much brighter gold colored bird that I can't seem to get a pic of.

Probably an Orchard Oriole. Is the male orangey-red with black head and back?

The male and female I have looks more like a Bullock's Oriole but the map does not show them in my area? Maybe they are lost ;)

First pic is a match for female Orchard Oriole in my field guide. Orchard's have a slightly curved bill which is noted in my book.
