I thought this was variety 'Becca Lynn' but now I am not so sure. Can anyone help from this photo?
Brugmansia variety Identification help
Unless the plant came to you with an identification label, you should let it remain a NOID (No Identification) as it is almost impossible to identify a Brug from photos. There are so many look alikes and Brug flowers tend to morph slightly from flush to flush. It's usually color changes, but sometimes the form may be altered as well.
Having said that, your Brug is not Becca Lynn. I downloaded one of your photos and zoomed in as much as I dared and noticed there are only 2 slits in the calices of your Brug flowers forming 2 uneven lobes. While the calices in Becca Lynn have 5 slits, all forming about the same sized lobes. Becca Lynn's flowers are: yellow. The tendrils curve back over the flower not long after it opens and the distance from the end of the calx to the flare of the skirt is fairly short. The young leaves of the plant are smooth edged, sometimes developing serrated edges as they mature.
Your Brug's flowers are more of a gold color. They are much longer from calices to skirts and the tendrils tend to flare out forward away from the skirt. They also tend to drape down more, almost perpendicular to the ground. They are beautiful, but please enjoy this Brug as a noid. To give it a name, especially one of a known cultivar, would only add to the already long list of misnamed Brugs.

Shes pretty name or not doesn't really matter .
Thanks! NOID it shall be. It is hard to capture without numerous photos, but this variety has flowers that have a distinct pinkish cast to the pale yellow flower when first opened but mature to a golden hue after a full day in the sun. I do love the variety and am sorry I have lost track of it's name. In our area 8B, it dies back to dead wood every winter and resprouts from the base, and reaches this size in about 5 months.
