Frog Eye Salad

I'm trying this for the first time tonight! we have a potluck tomorrow at work. Last year I enjoyed this wonderful salad at a graduation cookout and loved it! disclaimer...no frogs were harmed during the preparation of this dish :) I tell ya what though! I had to use a cheesecloth to drain the acine de pepe pasta (think I spelled it correctly) otherwise they'd have gone right through the strainer!
