Morning everyone...dropping in to say hi and try to catch up on everyone's goings-on, but y'all vhave been busy enough that it will take more than a few minutes to accomplish that..
Mom was in hospital again, anemia, plus apparently she has not been taking her meds as she should..we got her a pill dispenser that rings an alarm every time she should take meds, but she has forgotten what that alarm is for....she will have to move to a nursing home since she is not able to take care of herself very well anymore. She is forgetting more and more and now my DB is finally realizing it..she even asked him what he does at the post office (he has worked there for 20+ years)...
She says she is ready to go..so that's good she won't be fighting it. She will go to a Catholic run home and be able to go to Mass every day, plus there will be people she can visit with..since she lost her driving privileges, she has been terribly lonely at home this winter, having to depend on others for rides everywhere.
Melva, your roses look good...mine are just starting to bloom, too bad they didn't bloom this good all summer long.
Here is a picture of Romeo, he sure has made himself at home here. He wouldn't be near as funny if he weren't so darn clumsy....guess its the fact that he has such big feet and the rest of him hasn't grown into them yet. I think he will be a big cat when he is done growing. Right now everything is in fast forward mode for him and the rest of the cats look at him as if to say..."Whats the hurry, bud..??"
