One of my favorite subjects! ;)
Actually, I went out and took pics of what is blooming, coming up, etc in my gardens.
Things are really starting to look good.
Here's a bearded iris I have growing with some pansies and calendula. I'm probably going to have to separate them this Fall. The sad looking plants in the very front are some daffodils. They WERE very pretty!
Here's one of my rose 'Fredric Mistral', which has it's own garden. I have wallflower in the front, lilies 'Eyeliner' to the right, monarda to the left some potted hibiscus. The weird thing on the left is the support I have for the dahlia that's growing there. It's from a fake ficus tree.
This is my Japanese Maple 'Varidis', between a fountain and a cordyline. They don't look that good together right now, but the theory is that the maple will grow taller than the cordyline and give it a more balanced look.
In front of these are: columbine, 2 voodoo lilies (Dracunculus vulgaris and Arum dioscoridis var. cyprium).

This one shows the maple, the next pic shows a camellia, hydrangea and the next will show the a for mentioned lilies.

Here it is! As you can see, I painted my rain barrel. Don't know if I'm going to paint a picture on it, but I'm thinking about BoP leaves, blooms and some hibiscus blooms.
And last, but not least....the prettiest bloom of all - Sugah'bama!
