Heard of only one in San Antonio this past weekend
I've seen nothing in Dallas area yet.

I had them by the end of march and watched a male ruby throat take a bath in my fountian on monday...
I have seen several at other people's houses where I work. We have never fed them and only see them once the flowers are up and going.
I've had feeders out since the middle of March and saw my first one on Mar 28th ~ a Sunday at home. I have many so life is good with springtime finally here!
Have seen a few over the last couple of weeks. Today was nice! There a couple of small ones whirring around together. Another one I saw was definitely a Black-chinned hummer. They were going to the hummer feeder and my salvias. One must have spotted a penstemon with flower buds, because it flew right up to it...then stopped when it realized those buds weren't open yet. Poor baby...the penstemon buds will open soon, hope they hang around until they do!
