CLOSED: What Gull?

Gulls and sparrows make me crazy! This was taken in December on Galveston Island, TX. Do you know what it is?

I'm fairly sure on this one since Galveston is my stomping grounds. We mostly see Laughing Gulls and I think that's what this is. You can see the small white primary tips and large bill which will distinguish it from the Franklin's Gull.
