Is this Lazy Daisy?

Rockport, TX(Zone 9b)

This is growing wild on a friend's property. The leaves are alternate. The bloom folds up around the center part and then reopens every day, usually afternoon. I have the cutting in water inside the house so maybe it would ordinarily open up earlier. Is it Lazy Daisy, Aphanostephus skirrhobasis? The pictures in PlantFiles don't show much foliage. At USDA, the sketch does appear to match mine. What do y'all think?

I think you are right, but I am not sure, I am not familiar with it, maybe this will help;
