Where can I get some honey bees or am I too late?

For package bee you too late. you might find some suppliers that still have nucs. What I would do is contact a local bee keeper to see if they will sell you a split or look for a swarm during swarming season
You may be too late to get packages mailed to you. We still have a few for the May 8 pickup date in upstate SC but thats too far for you to drive.
Check Craigslist.com for your local area. There is a beekeeper near me who sells entire hives when he gets too many. If you want bees this year, that could be the way to go.
