Low salt (sodiuim) recipes - what are your favourites?

Recently diagnosed with high blood pressure. Am trying to reduce the sodium in my diet which is NOT easy (have you ever checked the sodium levels in the things you buy)? The general recommended maximum is about 2400 mg a day - equal to 1 tsp of salt. If it is recommended your reduce sodium, your daily max is often around 1200-1500 mg.

You'll get nearly that much on ONE glass of Clamato juice. Most prepared spaghetti sauces have at least 330 mg of sodium in 1/2 cup. Some whole wheat hamburger buns I have in the freezer (D'Italiano) clock in at 400 mg EACH.

So what have you done to reduce your sodium intake and what are your favourite low salt recipes?
