Just what I needed to come home to today.........a pretty bloom!

Exceptional Bonnie. Some day I need to learn how to put down strep leaves not yet but someday.

Let me know when you are ready Anna. It's fun once you get the hang of it.
I just stuck some more leaves- my fourth batch in about 1 year and a half. My first attempt was not successful. 2nd and 3rd was with a about a 95% success rate. I have the confidence now to do it. There is nothing like seeing that little ear poking out of the soil!!!!

Thank you GH. I did try last fall but only because some of the leaves were dying in the round robin so I cut off the dead part and tried. I think I kept them too wet because they died.

That is one beautiful bloom on that Srep mrsbonnie !! Makes me want to go out and find more AVs, Streps and other Gessies to grow and baby :)
