Sam went to the bridge today. It was unexpected when I awoke this morning.
As the day wore on , it was easy to see he was in heart failure so the decision was made to get him in for his final trip to the vet . He left with gratitude in his eyes, and he will join his buddies on my desk , never to leave me again , until I join him on the other side . I can't bear to post his picture now , but will let you see him in a day or two . I know he'll enjoy showing off for you . Hugs to all that have been or will go through this.
