An easy way to water plants

Crestview, FL

I ordered some 1020 trays without holes from a greenhouse place, got 20 of them really cheap. They were around 10 for $12, they sell at Ace and everyplace else for around $4 each, so jumped and bought 20 of them. I then decided that instead of potting up my tomatoes into a dozen different size containers before finally planting them into the one container where they would live, I'd use 1 gallon grow bags, they sell them almost everywhere; but can be bought the cheapest from Boca Bob, so I bought 100+ of them. I am using Boca Bob's coconut coir seed starting kit, so that keeps my plants from too much shock as they go from coir to coir. They get potted up one time in the 1 gallon grow bag when they are to be put outside to be hardened off. I use the 1020 trays to escort them out to the deck 3 one gallon grow bags at a time, or 2 five gallon grow bags at a time. I bottom water in the same 1020 trays with Bob's fertilizer. I just mix up his fertilizer with epsom salt, pour it into the 1020 trays and let the plants in the grow bags sit in the fertilizer solution for 5 mins then swap them out for 3 more plants. They absorb all the fertilizer they need in the 5 minutes and no problem. They are all doing really well.
