CLOSED: Red wing blackbird female?

Here are three photos, I think the first one is the blackbird??? but two/three look different.

Number 2 - sorry blurry just looks different to me.

Number 3 is a backside view.

It looks like a female Red-winged Blackbird to me. I had one identified here not long ago. Scroll through and check out some of the photo's in Bird Files:
