In the most recent near freeze in houston (about two weeks ago) my newly planted coleus took a bit of a hit. I am just learning about this plant and I learned quite quickly how tender it can be. One thing that I do know about this plant is how easily propagated it is. Does this also mean that it will bounce back from this. The leaves curled up a bit and turned it from looking fresh and pretty to a little tattered, but most of the leaves and the stems look fine. Will this recover and look good within the next several weeks or do I need to need to replant?
what to do about Coleus frost damage
I'd just trim off the bad looking stuff. It should be fine.
