What is wrong with my Umbrella Tree?

This plant was fine, but now a lot of the leaves look like this. I can't figure out what's causing it, so I was hoping someone else might be able to help me with this.

This look's like a case of a houseplant pest problem. I strongly suggest you examine each leaf and petiole out carefully.
