Im an auntie!!!

my friends cat Mesa presented her with 6 kitttens today.. I got to see them when they were less than 3 hrs old..One of them died and it looked like it was the runt.. Mesa is a very small calico cat so having that many kittens was a suprise..she was so fat her belly was touching the ground.. She had 2 orange tabbys and 3 black and white.. OMG they are so precious.. its been such a long time since Ive seen newborn kittens.They are so small with their little scrunched up faces and teeny ears..... I cant wait till they are big enough to play with..

on one hand I know there are WAY to many cats in the world.. Im a firm believer in spay and neuter and all my cats have been fixed but this is not my cat..I did my best to talk them into having her fixed but had no luck.. but reality has sunk in and and Jamie realizes shes going to have to find homes for the kittens.. Mesa will be spayed after the kittens are weaned.. better late than never..
but it will be fun watching the litter grow up... I know ...Im bad...
