CLOSED: Red-tailed Hawk?

This bird was a long way off, this picture probably won't help but here it is. I want to just straight up say Red-tailed Hawk which is probably 50% correct, but the color pattern stops me and that's why I posted.

UFO (Unidentified Feathered Object), definitely ;-)

Could well be Red-tailed Hawk, but I'd not want to be certain of anything on that pic, sorry!

Hard to see, but we have a Cooper's Hawk in our area that is similar.

Bird was much bigger than a Cooper's Hawk though. I always try to snap a picture of (sitting bird's) the size of the Red-tailed Hawk even though it may be a UFO in the end, but you never know. :)
