Hippity Hop It's Time to Color Eggs ... along with tons of cooking :)) Christmas and Easter Sunday are my favorite holidays and this Easter we are having 18 guest. I just love to do something different to make our guest feel special..whether it's a candy bar with their name on it or my sugar egg shaped cookies that I decorate and paint their names on it and use them as place cards..I also have little gifts for everyone...for the woman I buy a Easter potholder and a note pad with the first initial of their name on top...the men I get them scratch off lottery tickets and of course for the children I make up a goodie bag for them to have fun in between courses...Here is our

Easter Sunday Dinner Menu

Appetizers
Easter meat pie
riceballs w/prosciutto and mozzarella
homemade mozzarella w/tomatoes and fresh basil
piggies in a blanket
tray of assorted cheese and cut up meats
sliced Avacados w/reduced balsamic vinegar
assorted colored Easter eggs

Second Course
Penne ala Vodka w/colossal deep fried Shrimp
Chicken soup w/bow tie macaroni

Main Course
Chicken Cutlet Parmigiana
Roast Pork
tossed salad
mashed potatoes
cauliflower w/mozzarella

Dessert
Cream puffs
Peach parfait pie
Italian pastries
